Bourbon and Pacas VarietalsWashed Processed
This coffee from El Salvador is full bodied with flavors reminiscent of a chocolate or Nutella croissant. It does well when roasted to a medium level to caramelize the natural sugars and bring out the chocolaty and nutty flavors.
Santa Ana is known for producing some of El Salvador’s best coffee. The region’s fertile volcanic soil and ideal climate provide perfect growing conditions for high-quality Arabica coffee beans. This coffee comes from small producers whose farms dot the mountainous slopes of Santa Ana, where they grow the region’s most popular varietals: Bourbon and Pacas.
