Description
Caturra, Bourbon, and Castillo VarietalsWet Processed - Dark Roast
This classic Colombian coffee is rich and chocolaty with notes of pecan rolls and morning buns. We roast it dark, but not too dark, so it works for espresso, French press, drip or any other brewing method. This isn’t our first coffee from the Juan Tamagotchi’s Indigenous Councils Association, it’s an organization we enjoy working with that produces amazing coffees.
The Juan Tama Indigenous Councils Association is located in the Inza municipality of Cauca, Colombia, with coffee being grown at an elevation of 5000 to 6500 ft. Juan Tama offers micro-loans and agronomic assistance such as crop management, in-farm processing and organic farm management to its members. The organization is dedicated to increasing organic and biodiverse food production and food autonomy with the goal of helping its member families enjoy prosperity.
